Step 2: We Confirm that your club or organization is an established group such as Boy Scouts, Flower Clubs, Sporting and Band Booster programs, etc. To do this we may ask you for your Troop # and district office contact phone #, or the names and contact phone #'s for two or more of your officers. Step 3: We will send you an E-Sales Flyer Link that is customized to your organization that your membership can then email to everyone they know. Your Guests must use this link for your organization to get credit!
Step 4: Those individuals who recieve the E-Sales Flyer can then go into our website via the link we've provided, with your sales account # hidden under the shop now button, and order something they like from our website. When they order, those sales are placed under your account. Each time a sale is made you will recieve a confirmation e-mail with the amount of the sale listed for your records. Or you can track your sale on line by signing into the customer registration area on the bottom Right of the Product Menu. Step 5: We notify you when you're sale date has been completed with how many t-shirts or other items have been ordered. You will then earn a cash back donation based on the amount of sales made ( base total equals total product orders minus tax, shipping, and handling). We will cut that check to your designated Group or Charity organization and send it to you within 10 days of the final sale date. |
