Terms and Conditions

  Qualified Organizations earn 20-25% of the total sales.
Fundraisers have a $200.00 minimum sales requirement but that's only 10 shirts!       If you have 10 members and they each buy 1 then you've met your minimum!
For All Charity fundraisers completed by any organization through our program - We will cut the check to the Charity you have specified with your groups information as the donating party in the memo line.

  You will receive a certificate stating how much you raised through our program and donated to them thru us.

REAP THE REWARDS:
If Your group sells $200.00 - $520.00 worth of products you will earn 20% back just for sending out Emails!

If Your group sells $521.00 or more worth of products you will earn 25% cash back.

Any tax, shipping, or handling charges will be the responsibility of the individual ordering the products and will not count towards the amount of money your group earns.

How to track your fundraiser:
Its simple. Whenever someone places an order through our website for your fundraiser, your contact person will receive an email telling you who ordered and the total of the purchase they made. If your group needs to track individual member sales we do provide a place in the checkout process where the sales persons name can be listed. This is not a mandatory catagory. At the end of the sales event we will provide a list of the orders and the individuals who were listed as the sales person. It is your responsibility to determine who any unassigned sales belong too.

When you register to host a sales event or fundraiser we will open that link with the assumption that you will earn the minimum discount of 20% for fundraisers or $200.00 worth of sales. So your earned credit will reflect that amount until the party has been completed. If you should not reach the $200.00 minimum you will not be eligible for the 20% discount. The correct percentage will then be changed to reflect your total at the end of your party.

When you register as a customer in our system and log in, you can view how many orders have been placed and how much each order was worth. You will also see how much money you've earned so far based on that minimum 20% reward.

SHIPPING:A Minimum Shipping Weight of 1 pound is required for all UPS Packages. All shipping is handled "As soon as available" per order, not per piece. Once all the ordered pieces are assembled they will be shipped as a group. Items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. Orders with items which are not in stock will be placed on hold till those items have been recieved from the manufacturers. Ship time on delayed orders is 3-5 weeks. Shipping confirmation will be emailed, if email address is provided, to notify the purchaser when they are shipped to allow them to track reciept of thier packages. It is the purchasers choice whether to ship via UPS or USPS (US Postal Service).
