| Pricing: Pricing is as stated. If an item has sizing requirements like Tee Shirts do , then it is either the price listed for that size or the price listed +/- the amount indicated beside the size required. Sale items will be marked as such. Additional Discounts and gift certificates applied to sales do not count towards party/fundraising totals. | ||
| Shipping: All shipping is handled "As soon as available" per order, not per piece. Once all the ordered pieces are assembled they will be shipped as a group. Items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. Orders with items which are not in stock will be placed on hold till those items have been recieved from the manufacturers. Ship time on delayed orders is 3-5 weeks. Shipping confirmation will be emailed, if email address is provided, to notify the purchaser when they are shipped to allow them to track reciept of thier packages. Currently TeePartyStore is shipping exclusively via USPS ( US Postal System - Click n Ship Tracking System) If you would prefer your package sent via a different carrier please email us prior to placing your order. . | ||
Return Policy: Please complete the Return Merchandise Form under the Contact Us tab on the home page prior to returning any item. If an item is damaged in shipping you must take a picture of the container and the item to send to us as proof. Once we received we will try to replace that item. If for whatever reason it is not replaceable then either a refund or alternative product will be provided after confirming your preferrence. If the return is not for an error we have made, then you will be required to pay for both the return shipping and the replacement shipping on any item you exchange. Our size chart is available on this website and we strongly suggest you check the sizing prior to ordering. If there is a difference in pricing between the size you originally ordered and the new item you will be required to pay the difference between the two with any applicable tax. If it is an error we have made- we will give you a credit for the cost of the return shipping when you send us the product, provided it is sent to us via USPS flat rate envelope, and only after we have confirmed it has not been worn or damaged. That credit will be issued as a gift certificate unless you specifically request a check.
